"Well for starters, when a hair stylist completely BURNS OFF hair off a clients head- and doesn’t REFUND the client because they told her the “possible damage” ....you didn’t explain it could “Possibly completely” fry her entire head of hair off.......so that’s super messed up- and if you did then your employees probably should go back to beauty school because the first thing you do in that situation like that is tell the client “unfortunately your hair is too brittle or in a stage where i don’t feel comfortable highlighting it” And THEN- even if you both decided to continue with the “said possible breakage” hair color- WHY WOULD YOU EVER PUT 40 VOLUME ON IT? Riddle me that!? No refund?! YOU LITERALLY SAID YOU DIDNT REFUND BECAUSE TOU TOLD HER THERE COULD BE DAMAGE - damage with 20volume is one thing- damage with 40!?!? -Your business is a joke. Your employee who did this clearly needs to go back to school. I cannot believe this salon is taking clients."
