"I really wanted to love my nails. I came in as a walk in. The owner did my nails and as we got to talking referred to a lot of paying customers as "karens". A woman came in to get a nail fixed that had chipped 2 days after getting them done. The owner was rude to her and when the woman walked to another srtists table and sat down the owner proceeded to talk badly about the woman to me. "See what I mean. Entitled. These Karen's think they are entitled to my time". No nails should chip after 2 days. The woman had every right to ask for it fixed. Here I am 3 days later and one of my nails is lifted, 2 are crooked, they are uneven on each hand some longer some shorter, the flowers are terrible and my child could have done a better job. My right thumb is so lumpy because she didn't file any of rhen evenly or smooth. Take your money elsewhere. I would have gone back to get then fixed, but I don't want to be one of the ones she talks down to or badly about behind their backs. What a disgrace."

"Up until today, I was a loyal customer to Nola Nails and loved how they did my nails each time for the last year. I called this morning to schedule an appointment to soak off my nails. The appointment was confirmed for 2:30 PM. I arrived to the salon 10 mins early and after sitting for 5 minutes waiting for assistance, the owner asked if I had an appointment. I told her yes and that I was there to get my nails soaked off. She then replied and said “I don’t take appointments for that” and “that they were fully booked and she had other appointments that she needed to take” I explained that I did make an appointment and she was extremely rude, would not even look in my direction, and told me again that she was fully booked and was not sure who even told me that i could come in. I understand being busy. If they could not accommodate me or were fully booked- the appointment should not of been confirmed. Will not be returning."

"Nola Nail is my Go to Spot to get my nails done !! The salon is beautiful and clean and the staff there always makes me laugh ! They are like a breath of fresh air and they do a great job every single time !!"

"Disappointed. See photos. I had a mani, pedi, well not much of a mani. I had gel on my nails coming in. And left with nothing on my nails.... my choice. I just didn't like the way they turned out. Neither did I get a decent manicure."
