"Not one of those ladies knows how to do nails. Went there a total of 3x in 3 years and my nails were always left thick and lumpy and when I would politely say something about it they would give me attitude. I don’t know why I even went 3x. Also, not very clean."

"I used to love this place, I'm not sure what has happened lately. The last time I was there, I got a pedicure and a full set. The guy doing my pedicure seemed very, very inexpierenced and I got a very underwhelming pedicure. Didn't really do much but paint my toes. I told him the water was too hot, he couldn't understand me and ended up making it hotter! I almost scorched my feet. Anywho, while getting my toes done, the other guy came over to take the remaining nails off that I had on. When taking off my nails; he literally ripped my thumb nail off. I was bleeding for the remainder of my pedicure. I had to hold a napkin around my thumb because it was bleeding sooo much. By the time it was time to do my nails, the guy who ripped my thumb nail off was trying to apply tips and had no clue what he was doing. He was totally and completely lost. By that time Mia was done with her client, who did nothing but complained to her about how bad her nails looked, so I moved over to her chair to finish my set. And while she was better than the other two guys, she too did a terrible job on my nails. They were lumpy, not the shape I wanted. Her overall application of acrylic was terrible. My nails literally starting lifting within days. I ended up going to a different shop and getting a fill after only a week and three lifting nails. My punch card is practically filled out, it's a shame I won't be able to use it tho because I have no intentions on returning to S Spa nails. I don't have any pictures of the nails/toes because I wasn't going to make a big deal about it and not just go back. But after thinking about it more, I feel like more people should know that the quality of this place has taken a major dive so then maybe management will step in and maybe help the problem. They have probably lost a lot of business because of this and people maybe aren't even letting them know why. Oh and another thing, forcing people to use cash ("we have an atm, we don't accept cards) is very tacky. It's almost 2024, you need to accept cards. The fee isn't that much. Again, I WILL NOT be back."

"I had a good experience. It was quiet, and not a long wait like most places. 4 stars because one of my nails did break after about 5 days of a dip manicure and that’s never happened to me before with other salons. However, they were happy to fix the broken nail and it was easy for me to get in. They were nice about it and fixed it. Hopefully the dip will last another week or two. If it does, I will be returning."
