"Having previously worked at ulta in a different city I have certain expectations of what the experience should be. I have lived in multiple cities and any ulta is better than this one. It is poorly stocked, not kept well and the salon is subpar. I got a haircut here once, and one of the stylists berated me the entire time and cut down a hairstylist from a different ulta salon who previously did my hair. Only to prove to be completely clueless in cutting curly hair. Curly hair will always be more dry and frizzy and she continuously cut me down for this. The tall blonde manage pesters her employees as well as customers, and this happens every. time. I come here. I don't feel welcomed here, I don't enjoy shopping here and it makes me sad because I love ulta as a whole. They are generally unfriendly and the store is not as organized or as tidy as it should be."
