"I’ve been getting Brazilian waxing monthly for yrs. I had to try another place due to bookings & this was by far the worst experience. For starters, better wax needs to be a MUST for wink’s boutique. Two, the lady was practically taking my skin with her. I was so sore and sticky. She went over spots soooo many times because the wax that was used wasn’t catching the hair properly. i had to ask her to just stop because it hurt soooo baddd.. Not to mention I’ve been getting continuous ingrowns since.. waxing never hurts me. Nor have i gotten an ingrown in yrs. This experience was terrible! Good customer service though."
"I paid $40 for lashes that comes off like a sticker. I get my lashes done all the time and have no problems.this is the worse lash job I had done .I had to go back twice and went back yesterday and last night they was falling off.i go other places and get my lashes done and they last me 3 to four weeks. I will never go back there again"
"If I could I would give NO STARS‼️ Heard nothing but good things about the other location. Since I live a block from the new location thought I would give it a try. Made two appointments lash strips and eyebrow treading at 10am. As you can see from the photo it’s closed. I called the number and they didn’t even know I had an appointment is what she stated then asked if I still wanted the appointment. After a 5 minute conversation she then states someone was on their way. It is now 10:30. No one is here and no one has even tried to contact. What a way to conduct business so especially with a first time customer."
