"I've been going to Genevieve at The Harwood Hair Company for nearly 13 y ears and I think that alone speaks for how amazing she is. Genevieve has always taken her time, explains the process when I want to change my style or color, points me in the right direction on what products to use, is very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable in all areas of hair care. Scheduling is flexible, prices are affordable and the salon is clean and welcoming. In addition to taking my children to her for all of their haircare needs, I have also referred several people over the years and they have all been beyond pleased with her work."
"One of their hairstylists ruined my hair. She cut off almost a foot of hair when I wanted 2 inches. Gave me uneven, chopped off layers. Nothing was even and it looked like a child had cut my hair in my sleep. Her name is Genevieve who apparently has 15 years experience so it was not an accident. I've never met her before and have no idea why she did what she did to me. The owner was polite and refunded me my money and helped try to fix it as best she could. The entire experience was traumatizing and shocking. I think the photos speak for themselves. It is going to take me years to undo the damage she did."

"Great first time appointment and my cut was perfect for my fine furly hair. It is usually very unkempt and frizzy, but now it spiral curls all by itself just washing and it drying it! Very nice result!"
