"I’m not sure what has changed but I will not be returning. I have been stopping at the Tosa location for years whenever I am driving through town. The brow threading was OK. The IN YOUR FACE HIGH PRESSURE to purchase their add on was too much. Literally 6” inches from my face with some oil that “everyone buys”. I also had my brows tinted. I asked for a shade or two lighter than my dark roots. I walked out with dark sharp shaped stained brows. I scrubbed as much of the color off with a wet wipe in my car. Too bad. It use to be a great place."

"My daughter got lashes Satur at 2:30pm, they didn't look small like she asked. Sunday morning she woke up and they were off. I hope you all see this and refund. Will not be coming back for services. They lady had someone come over and she seem to help her retape her eyes, so maybe she was new."

"Do not ever come to this place. I got my eyelashes done today and they look horrible the glue is all clumped together, soon as I got home a piece of lash fell out. They are so unsanitary the was touching my face with her bare hands then she picked something out her teeth and proceeded to touch my face also her lady finger smelled bad. I do not recommend coming to this place at all horrible service."

"I’ve been a loyal customer of about 4 years. The way that I was treated today was unacceptable. I walked in to get my eyebrows threaded, they mostly all know me there and first the receptionist (who apparently is the manager) said to me right away “what happened to your face” because I have acne on my chin that’s actively healing (you just don’t say that to someone ) then the lady who did my eyebrows (first chair on the right) first thing she said to me is “oh no why do you have the pimples now what happened “ Like come on it’s just common courtesy not to ask someone that, it’s something I have terrible self image issues with and this did not help. I will not ever be returning now, lost a good customer due to poor customer service…"

"I was a regular here, but after my most recent visit, they'll never see me again. The receptionists are rude and pushy, and the quality of their work is declining. They don't follow proper hygiene protocols and are committing a number of public health code violations. Use caution if you go, and make sure you're beauty therapist washes their hands in between clients, or at least before they service you. Edit (response to the owner): Firstly, your punctuation and grammar is trash. Secondly, I've patronized this location consistently for the past 2 years and there was only 1 instance in which I didn't have to ask the beauty therapist to wash their hands prior to my service. So please don't tell me what is "untrue" about MY experience. What is true, however, is the fact that Exquisite has had a stronghold in the beauty industry for awhile; but recently, many other eyebrow threading businesses have emerged with more efficient therapists and way better service overall. Which means business isn't "booming" the way it used to for you. Is that the real reason why you're open less days in the week now? A hit dog is always sure to holler. Enjoy!"
