"I bought a Groupon to use with Stacey Paige and ended up exchanging it with Groupon for credit because I could never set something up with her. I initially had an appointment set up but had to cancel, but when I called to let her know and arrange for another day, all I got was a voicemail. Every time I called I only got a voicemail. de beaux cheveux doesn't have a direct line, you have to call the stylist or esthetician individually which really is unhelpful. She eventually called and left me a message saying it'd be easily if I sent a text which I did and never heard back. I didn't hear anything for weeks. I finally called last week for the last time, she sent me a text saying to let her know what day would work out for me and she'd check when she was at the salon the next day. I replied and never heard back. This was incredibly disappointing since I live so close and wanted to find a new place to go. I'd much rather go to my old salon where people actually answered the phone and scheduled appointments."
