"Elegant and historic Victorian mansion located just outside of Santa Rosa. You step back in time when you enter this beautiful property. The rooms are large and very comfortable each with a private bath. A romantic place to stay in Wine Country that is centrally located for visits to all of Sonoma County and beyond. Located just up the road from Sonoma State University as well. The breakfasts are amazing prepared by hosts and proprietors Pam and Larry. They also have a nice selection of local wines for purchase to enjoy during your stay. Let them help you pick wineries to visit, and you will not be disappointed. Prices are reasonable and rooms well appointed in the Victorian period of the property. Highly recommended for your stay in Sonoma County Wine Country."

"Amazing place. Breakfast is a real treat, with 3 courses of delicious, locally-sourced dishes of simple yet inspired cooking. The house is a beautiful Victorian and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Location is great, allows for exploration of the entire region. The owners are excellent hosts. Was a very fun trip."

"We just spent a lovely night at The Gables while visiting the Santa Rosa area. Without a doubt, this is the nicest inn / BnB we have ever stayed in. The rooms and accommodations are beautiful and spotless. The grounds are gorgeous and breakfast.... Wow! Fresh delicious food, including fruit, eggs, sausage, avocado, sourdough toast, mimosa, juice all on lovely dishes at a nicely set table overlooking the grounds. Pam and Larry are so nice. We will definitely be back and recommend it!"

The rooms and Victorian style home are super clean and the entire property is jam packed with charm! The best part of our stay is the food. Larry is a master chef that applies fine dining techniques to his breakfast. You'll be blown away with the level of culinary excellence and creative cooking that is done just for you by Larry and served with a friendly and attentive smile by Pam. It's just over the top excellence. This is about the easiest place to recommend to a friend!"
