Customer service- I've had great, friendly cashiers that you can clearly see are happy employed here...and I've had the grouchiest, unfriendly cashier that was plain rude. We all have our bad days & I will not allow one bad apple to detour me from shopping here ....still love this place."

Some staff are really accommodating and helpful and others don’t want to be bothered. I think overall it’s affordable and most of the time I can find more than what I need! I hope chain-wide they just work on consistency with cleanliness and variety. I do recommend Hobby Lobby. It’s a fun store!"
