"We just paid off our second item from this RAC location. Last year it was a bed for our daughter; today we paid off our living room sectional. Both times we rented but took advantage of the early pay-off option, which we love. This location has gone above and beyond to accommodate us, and Carlos is always a pleasure. We'll likely continue to shop with them in the future."

"This place is a joke! They took my money online told me they were gonna deliver my stuff on dec 5th then backpedaled and said we can't do business with you. When I asked why not the guy said ask your sister. Started ripping into her about some bad account she has. I almost feel like this is discrimination or some kind of lawsuit for what their doing. Judging me by my sister's account which has nothing to do with me! And they shouldn't be talking about her business to other people. And calling her a thief.. AND STILL WAITING FOR MY 75 BUCKS from my original deposit. Going to Aaron's."

"I would give “0” stars if I could! Rude as hell! Wanted to pay off my couch, but because I was late on a payment they said they will send someone out on Monday, but then turn around and say the manager wants the couch picked up tonight! I told her I’ll buy the couch but the service Rep Jessica and manager had all their information turned around and talking in circles! Buying a couch elsewhere! I suggest you do the same! They run this store like a scam! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Their liars, extremely unprofessional and rude! A big waste of money!"

"Went in last weekend to rent a washer and dryer since our new home didn't have them yet. Was told at the store they were going to be delivered the upcoming Tuesday (today). Went home and took it upon myself to schedule other service installations needed in our home for Wednesday and Thursday since I was expecting the delivery of the washer and dryer Tuesday (today). I waited all day for a washer and dryer that never arrived. I called them at about 4:45 to check the status of our delivery, and was told we were scheduled for Wednesday. Now I know my husband AND I BOTH didn't mishear the date we were both told at the same time. I tried my best to handle the situation and figure out a solution with the associate I spoke with on the phone... But because this is the 3rd location we've had some problem or another with... My husband's fed up button has been pressed, and it took 20 minutes of his screaming through the phone from 15 feet away for the lady to finally say she would send the guys out to deliver the washer and dryer when they got back to the store from their route. I don't blame him... I can count on two hands the number of issues we've experienced with rent a center. Thought 3rd location would be the charm to prove to us not all rent a center locations are a chaotic mess and that maybe it was just an issue with Arizona locations. Our products aren't even delivered yet, and I'm already being proven wrong on my optimism. After this washer and dryer, we are never doing business with any rent a center in any state ever again. And if we run into any other upcoming issues with these rentals.... I'm sending my husband in person to holler at them. Let them deal with his darn temper."
