"Unfortunately good help is definitely hard to find, I guess nowadays it’s even harder to find people who don’t discriminate… My mother ( a cancer survivor ) loves to go to JC Penny. She’s been going there for years. Today she went in to a get a haircut - the little hair she has left because of chemo. The lady at the salon looked her up and down, gave her a dirty look said “Sorry we can’t help you here, please go somewhere else” . We didn’t get this lady’s name but she was an older lady with blonde hair. She was sitting at the end of the salon… With that said be warned if you do go into the JC penny Salon."
"Never crowded every time I've been here. Surprisingly low prices! Hard to find an open register though. I bought a purse: it was 30% off and the lady at the register gave me an extra 30%off. Saw some shoes I liked, but could not find the box to try them on. The boxes under the model shoe were not the same. Will definitely go back to find more discounted items."
"Was disappointed. First of all, I could not find a sales associate to assist me. Kids' sizes were all over the place. It just didn't seem to be well organized for easy shopping."
"I ordered a mattress heater online. My credit card was charged. The next day I got a message saying my mattress heater was ready for pick up in Temecula. A few hours later I got a message saying my order was canceled since I did not pick it up in a timely manner! Then I got a third message saying my mattress heater was ready for pick up! When we got to the store, there was no mattress heater in customer pick up. Three staff members were trying to figure it out. We ended up getting one off the shelf which meant I had to pay for it a second time with the promise of a refund in 7 to 10 days. Needless to say, we are done with JCPenny"
"Great place for affordable glasses ! I always wait fot the 2 for $99 sale and am always very happy with my new glasses ! The young lady who is always there when I go in, is very nice and very professional! She does get busy from time to time, but knowing how she is giving her all to each customer makes the wait not too bad! They always have the best selection!"
