"Horrible customer service. I went there with two medium size bags. The retail teenager told me that it wouldn’t take long even though there were a lot of bags before me. What bothered me the most is that instead of telling me that there was no possibility they would look at my stuff…they had me wait almost two hours. Only then to tell me that they wouldn’t be needing my stuff due to overstocking. My bags were UNTOUCHED at all. So for her to tell me that…I was annoyed. Never again. Also please hire real employees. Not tweens who only wear a size 6 or smaller. Even more, hire professional customer service people."

"Barely find anything in my daughters size for jeans but then took a bin full of jeans that were now to short for my daughter and they bought 2 things. Most of the items in the bin were bought probably at Plato’s closet. Used to be better where you go in and you can find stuff not anymore. Maybe because they don’t buy back a lot of things"
