"Bought a Fan on Christmas Sale, from $240 to $179, put it in garage until finishing the patio(was for outdoor), now when i finally finish my backyard patio, opened and Surprise!! missing Remote and Light fixture, went back to the store trying to exchange it, they said they don't have it in store, i said okay, let me have the refund then, Surprise again, paid $179 plus tax, got refunded $152, the Cashier Guy Justin said this is how much they cost now, i said okay, i don't need refund, just order me an exact one, and i will pick it up from the store, said No, they don't carry them anymore, long story short, bought a used fan , and i got charged for holding it unopened in my garage for 2 months. i asked for manager, he said no need manager here, he can handle it. okay Lowes i spent $15k in this store last year, no more, there are a lot of stores that are struggling now with no Sales."
"Sad. As I was approaching the garden center entrance, the worker was shutting the gate at 3:30ish. When checking out with my shopping cart full of fertilizers, a plant, and seed packets, there was not one checkout cashier, only self-check machines. I never used this system, and as a senior, I was overwhelmed. I let a guy go ahead of me so I might see how to do this thing. My wife will never shop there alone because she never used a computer or electronic system. It's time to head to Hanks with real-time folks!"
