"I bought boots for my wife for Christmas. Greg Hornak helped me pick them out and recommended them. Turns out we had to get them from another store but Greg worked that all out in time for Christmas! He was great and knew his stuff. After Christmas, they didn't actually fit perfectly but Greg helped my wife by getting a different size and then on the day we picked them up, he went the extra mile to help make fit adjustments. The store is nice but Greg's attention to detail and service was top notch! Thanks Greg!"

"My Podiatrist recommended I try the Oofos brand of sandals. I was going to Mexico on vacation and stopped in to buy a pair, but my size was not on the display rack in the store. Joseph was so helpful and went into the storeroom to see if there was one in my size back there-- and there was! They fit great and I was very happy wearing them on my vacation! I'm wearing them now around my house. That is personalized service, thanks to Joseph!"
"Stan’s is the only place I go to for shoes because of a foot injury I sustained years ago in a car accident. Service is always good but Carlos is by far one of the most attentive, customer-centric, professional employees at Stan’s in Glendale. Given he’s in his 30’s & most of the women he assists are from 50-75, he is amazingly patient, understands foot problems, knows his stock & how the shoe brands should fit. He did not try to talk me into any shoe that wasn’t exactly right for me. He stretched a pair twice for me & now they are perfect. Carlos should train other employees in the service industry! The mgr. there is also extremely helpful, patient & professional! Love my new shoes! Thanks, Carlos"
