"Torrid the brand is good. This store has a problem. Its a mess inside. They manually taped a paper that say hours are now 7pm on the doorz even though the website says 8pm. Fine staffing happens. Except I now drove 20min to get there at 6:50 and the store was locked already."

"I bought something online and went to return it at the store and when I got there I was told that since I paid for it using Klarna/Afterpay that I would have to ship it back to get a refund. I asked how I was supposed to do that and I was told to call customer service. I called customer service and they told me I would have to start the return process online which I did. Then I was emailed the packing slip but not the return label. I had to call customer service 3 more times after that until I was finally emailed a return label. I will not be shopping at Torrid anymore. There's no reason that I should have to go through hell and back to return something."
"So Torrid in general gets a 5/5 from me. It is the only clothing store I can find a lot of things that fit right and look good with ease. But this location has the best, friendliest, most helpful staff I've come across! Only downside is that it is one of the smaller stores. I would love a larger selection of items, but they definitely do the best with what they've got. Lovely people, clean store, great shopping experience every time."
"I love Torrid 'a clothes but this is the worst location. The store is always a mess with clothes piled everywhere, impossible to find anything. So I started shopping online and just picking my items up. Unfortunately the weekend staff is horrible. Every time I've gone to pick items up on the weekend I've stood in line for 30-40min waiting to be helped. Every time there is an employee returning a ridiculous amount of items which holds up the whole line. They always have an issue processing the return and have to call around to find someone who knows how to fix the problem. Today was no different. I waited for 45min and finally just left the store. I don't know who mangers this store but it is by far the worst run operation I have seen. The store is sloppy and poorly organized and your staff is rude, and dont seem to know what they are doing. Get it together, as for me I am fine shopping at this location."
