"I came here a few days ago & bought 4 pairs of shoes. 1 of them was the. wrong size. I should have checked. That was my fault. I will own up to that. But we needed to do an exchange, so we literally called this store & a kid told us the shoes we asked for were in stock. We drive 20 minutes North to get them in the middle of a work day. My husband arrives & the kid cant find them! He lied when he said they had them. The employee said he was "busy & assumed the shoes were there". How about WE were busy & now we have to drive all the way to Wauwatosa. So inconsiderate. So upsetting. We have supported this store constantly & try to avoid purchasing online to help local businesses. And when this happens, it's just irritating. I don't know if it's seasonal staff or what. Not trying to get people fired or in trouble but clearly there needs to be better training. We buy shoes & I definitely will not be coming back for a while. EDIT: the icing on the cake. Another employee told us he would call Mayfair. Over the phone they told him they had the shoe in stock. We get to Mayfair and they said they didn’t have them & that no one even called!! So this kid CALLED THE WRONG STORE And sent us to the wrong one!! This store has wasted nearly 2 hours of our time. For nothing."
"Great store, employees, friendly helpful and prompt They didn't have the slip on that was looking for but still found an alternative pair. :) Haaa! I went in looking for an all black pair but left with a flower printed shoe. He knew the store, inventory was assisting in the training of a new employee and did a great job!"
"Awesome service they all greeted us when we came in the door, and offered there service. They also gave my two boys stickers, and greeted us goodbye as well. Very professional and polite!!"
"I came here to get a can of Doc Marten’s Wonder Balsam. They had it (I saw it under the glass), but the first worker I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. The other guy has to point it out for her so that I could buy it. It was a bit expensive, but the stuff is amazing."
