"Every store and every shop is in need of help. If you are in need to shop at Lane Bryant at Bayshore Mall, please be very patient. I went to Lane Bryant on Thursday May 5, 2022. The time was between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. The store was not that busy. I went in the store to pick up an order. The young lady behind the register had not acknowledged me and I had been standing there for a while. So, I said excuse me I'm here to pick up an order. Let me just say she needs a little bit more patient to be in customer service. I walked up to a young lady that was working on the floor and asked her if she would please retrieve my order for me which she did. She was very nice and very kind. "We" need to always remember to choose kindness."
"I’ve been having a tough time returning a bra from an online order since the distributor didn’t say it was out for delivery when it was already delivered so I couldn’t return it the first time. Came back when it said delivered and of course, they didn’t have my size. But I was working with Dawn and she was so sweet. She didn’t just say “yeah they don’t have your size, bye” no, she actually tried to get me a bra in my size and a color close to my skin tone (which we succeeded and got a bra!) and have never appreciated someone so much in detail. THANK YOU!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!"
"I liked the items I picked up, but customer service was lacking. I inquired about baskets - because it’s a retail store, why wouldn’t there be baskets?- I got a weird look. Overall not a pleasant service experience, but shopping here beats wearing prairie clothes from Target."
