"There were two fitting room attendants, yet somehow a male customer walked into my changing room while I was half naked. When I confronted the fitting room attendant about this, she said, “oh my god, I’m sorry, I didn’t even see that happen” time to upgrade your fitting rooms from curtains to doors. I will never come back here due to lack of privacy, lack of compassion, and lack of awareness from staff."
"Place is a joke. What kind of retail store is closed three days before Christmas? Came here on 12/21 to find they were closed even when Google said they were open. Followed the attached sign that was on the door and came back today on 12/22 to find they were still closed. Even called their number to make sure before driving over, but I was sent to the customer support line and they had no clue. H&M is a joke company."
