"Some of the worst customer service I've been a part of - and it's happened twice (and never again). The first had to do with a tuxedo I rented and they put the wrong date in. When I went to pick it up they had no record of it and didn't do much to help me. Today I went to buy a pair of pants sitting on a "new markdowns" table. The pants rang up normal price. I was told only the shirts on the table were marked down and the pants were on the table to "complete the look." When I said to the manager "that is awfully misleading, one would assume anything on that table is marked down, just like everything is on the table in front of it." She looked at me like I was bothering her. I got an eye roll and no comment. Just don't go here."
