"I purchased an electronic Halloween decoration whose head fell off upon putting it together thus needing to be returned. Joann fabrics does not take returns of open electronics apparently and suggests you “work with the manufacturer. Their hassle free return policy is a joke with a stipulation like that. The employees themselves were nice about it as I know this is a Joann fabrics corporate issue . I recommend not buying anything that you can’t open in store before buying to make sure it’s in working order with no flaws. UPDATE: 10/30- Joann Fabric Greenfield took the return no problem so apparently this is just an issue at this location."
"Rude employee behind the fabric cutting counter. Was short with us, gave my 4 year old a nasty look for touching the fabric. Young employee at the checkout was very nice and friendly."
