Walmart

"This is a clean store, and it is organized, but it's set up weird. There is no fresh produce, meat, or bakery area. There are only a few aisles of groceries right in the middle of the store. I'm making chicken gyros tonight, but they don't carry pita bread or feta cheese at this location."

"This Pewaukee location has really gotten better in terms of staffing and appearance. Last week went there at 10:15 p.m. looking for a solution to be able to play CDs in my car. The department employee called over Kelly, a store manager, and she took the time to figure out a solution that would work for me in a cost effective manner. Kelly was amazing. She was patient and solution driven and just an example of superior customer service. I don't use Amazon and was glad Kelly was able to help me get and purchase what I needed. I am spreading the word...this is a Walmart location that won't disappoint."

"We usually get good service from Walmart in Pewaukee, except yesterday when I tried to return 2 extension cords I bought last month. Lady at the returned desk does not have any customer service skills. She was not pleasant and made me waste my time by saying she could not return one of those extension cords because a tag was not attached to one of those cords. I went home, attached label to cord and came back to store. I brought along another item I wanted to return. I went to desk, gave this same lady extension cord (with label attached) and other item. She returned "both" items and stapled second return receipt to my original receipt. When I left store, I noticed she only returned second item! To my surprise, she had returned both extension cords the very first time I was there! WTH Lady!? I could have kept extension cord [for free] and not waste my time going home and attached label. I usually don't complain but this time I went back to store and talked to a manager. I have seen people returning stuff with boxes and wrapping in really bad shape. Manager was super nice."

"Walmart has a lot of stuff in it during holidays sometimes I feel a lot of things they have a parking lot in cards to go shopping in you're able to ask them questions be ready because these are big stars on a lot of people go to them at a time so sometimes waiting in line you have to do but you may have got a good deal to wait in line also give the Lady or the man at the register time because there's so many changes sometimes they got to get it updated better to get your deal and wait that couple minutes to them update then you have to get the deal so we got another holiday coming up soon and I'm sure they'll have some specials out movie time now to start saving up for Valentine's coming up I'm sure there's a couple more before that"

"I worked here for a month and lemme tell you. Jeremy, Ron, Carly, teyvon and so many other staff members were so awesome!! I’m happy I was able to work here for about bit and Thank you for being positive. Subway guys are also sweet. Try the elite chicken bacon ranch. Tastes like heaven.
