"I have been going to the Pewaukee Menards for so many years, but I will be going to Home Depot from now on. So disappointed that today I am missing an item worth about $10, after spending $180.00. I called the store and spoke with the manager who told me he had to review the video and he said it wasn’t left behind. Well it also isn’t in my bag and rather than replace the item he said there was nothing he could do. Tomorrow I am returning all the items and will not go back. Warning to everyone-double check your items because Menards has terrible customer service and will refuse to replace it. If I was going to try to rip them off I would say I was missing the $25 item, not the $10 item."

"We like to shop at Menards. It has something for both males and females. The poinsettias were exceptionally nice this year, and the Christmas area looks beautiful! This Menards is very well organized, and you can buy almost anything you need here. They sell power tools, hardware, dog food, flowers, snacks, fuses, plant seeds, milk, pizza, toys, faucets, hammers, nails and much more. I always leave this store with more than I came for, so does my husband. There is lots of parking here too."

"I contacted corporate twice about concerns I had. The last time they were forwarding to the Store Manager. They didn’t followed up, nor did they address the issues. I’ve driven past to stop there since, but upon seeing no action was taken to address the concerns, I took my business elsewhere and have continued to do so since. It’s been a few months now, and have spent a lot of money…..elsewhere. Glad I made that decision. Much safer! Shop where you’re appreciated and heard, not here."

"I’ve only been to this location a couple times but each time the workers have been very helpful. In particular tonight I was there with my baby and needed to pick up some bags of river rock, and the woman in the garden department helped me by pushing the cart to the register for me so I didn’t have to juggle it with the stroller. I unfortunately forgot to ask her name, but she was working the night of 4/13/23 in the garden department. Definitely recommend this location!"

"5/30/2020 Update: Just finished installing our new tumbled Belgian paver patio that came free with our garage we built last year! Menards called it an 11% off sale, we heard "Buy a garage get a free patio!". Have been working on building a new garage for nearly a year, and over the winter decided on a Menards garage kit. So easy to use the website and visually imagine the building. A few clicks and choices, and done. It all went wrong somehow. When all the product was delivered last week, my husband questioned why there were only 2 trusses. Driver said that's all there were. My builders showed up today, and confirmed we were missing 11 trusses. Checked in with the materials dept and found the error in the order. Trusses were written up and ready to go by the time we got to the store. Should be here by weeks end. Thanks for taking care of things for us."
