"I went to the Pewaukee location to get a key cut and was informed that it had a transponder in it. They only provide the programming service on Tuesdays and Fridays from noon to 4:00. What luck! It’s 3:05 on a Friday!! I retract my previous statement about luck. The guy at the counter informed me that they already did four today and won’t be doing anymore. Seriously? Is that like a quota? He told me that I can buy the key and make an appointment to come back during the super limited hours. No thanks. Ace always brags about customer service but apparently that doesn’t apply to this location. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"The staff at this store are amazing. They are committed to providing customer service at the highest level. Recently received help with how to vent my dryer in a small space. Both employees named Dave patiently helped me and now my dryer is venting correctly. This is my go-to place for all things that require a fix. Jim, in the paint department, is also amazing. He always has great ideas! I highly recommend this store. A neighborhood store I am fortunate to have close by!!!"
