"I just shopped 2 of my prescriptions around to Walmart, Costco, CVS and Walgreens. The script prices were pretty similar so we chose to go with CVS because the pharmacy tech was very helpful in looking up the prices (each pharmacy has to enter your info into the system - the Walgreens pharmacy tech was reluctant to do this until I said everyone else had done it), they gave me accurate info, and they seem happy to be there (not something I could observe at the other pharmacies). When I lost my medical card the same day, they were very willing to help us get the scripts filled without it."
"Needed an emergency antibiotic prescription filled and was informed they closed in 5 minutes but they would wait for me. Nope. They wouldn't wait. Horrible customer service on phone as well. I hope if one of their loved ones needs an emergency prescription filled they go some place other than the CVS on silvernail."
