"Frustrating experience. I've tried calling five times and sent three emails in the two weeks I've had my frame. It doesn't fit and I needed help but the phone number is disconnected and nobody responds to emails. I'll work on getting my Visa charged back, but this has been a big waste of time and money. Suggest you use a competitor. Who knows, maybe they'll finally respond to this?"

"UPDATE: we never received the call we were promised in the response to our review, been over a month. Don’t write responses and make promises Mirror Chic that you can’t keep or follow through. We ordered two mirrors from MirrorChic. The first mirror frame we received was in good condition overall but had a few imperfections. We were able to install the frame but had to use staples. The dovertail keys that were meant to be used to help with keeping the frame together are too big and you are unable to hammer them down flush with the frame to install as noted in the instructions. The second frame we received did not even have the the mitered joints carved in. We tried to call the company three times, left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails. Absolutely no response. We ended up gluing the frame together and then stapled it. They preach they have great customer service but we completely disagree. They couldn’t respond to us but they sure did send us an email asking for a good review. Go with another company, MirrorChic is a joke."

"Wow! Just WOW! Fabulous product and insane customer service. We bought an American Redwood paintable/stainable frame. It arrived professionally packaged. We built and painted it without any problems. The customer service was crazy. Especially Hunter. When we got stuck with a problem, he responded promptly to every email. The questions were mostly about whether painting should be before or after putting the frame together and whether they needed to be polyurethaned etc. The “how to” video on the website and the written directions were very clear and everything was included in the package when it arrived right down to the glue and dovetails to put into the frame’s corners. When we had an “oops” emergency handling an 87 inch frame in close quarters, Hunter even responded to my “emergency” voicemail for help on a Sunday. Can’t say enough great things about the product and the company. Love how the mirror frame warmed up the look of our bathroom. I highly recommend Mirror Chic."
