When I politely asked why I was stupid, I was confronted by a different worker saying that if I had a problem that he could refund my order... I work customer service and would never call a customer stupid. And if I did make a mistake, I wouldn't double down and continue to demean the customer. "Roast Beef Sandwich: I don’t eat a lot of fast food these days, but when I do Arby’s is one of my go-to spots. My favorite at Arby’s has always been their classic roast beef sandwich. This probably originated with me seeing my Dad get them back when I was a little kid and it just kind of stuck because they taste so good. The sandwich itself is nothing fancy, just a sesame seed bun with roast beef. While it tastes alright this way, I like to dress it up by taking it home & making some modifications. I begin by adding a slice of American cheese under the meat and then topping the beef with lettuce and my special sauce (ketchup, salsa con queso, and reduced fat mayo). I prefer to eat that version of the sandwich chilled or at room temperature, but it's alright heated as well. The roast beef is tasty, but the real star for me is the bun. It’s my favorite bun in the fast-food world because it’s fresh, soft, and has just the right amount of chewiness to it.
