"I frequent the East Mason location, and most of the time make an effort to avoid this one. This time, I asked my partner to stop and grab my regular blended mocha on their way home. I received maybe a Tbsp of whipped cream on top, and not nearly as much flavor as the other location has. It tasted like chocolate and water mixed together, none of the richness that I was looking forward to. Sad, but I won’t return."
"For $6+ dollars a coffee I expect to have a normal amount of whipped cream not a small sad drop of whip cream after asking for them to simply do there job and put the proper amount on. Didn’t know it takes rocket science to add whipped cream on top."

"Went for a coffee after the gym and was met with an impatient front line crew member. Was having difficulty hearing and I did not appreciate their attitude when I asked them to give me some time or repeat things. There was no one behind me in the drive thru. Coffee was as bitter as the worker who took my order. Having a similar price tag to what I’d order at Starbucks or Caribou - I will not be returning to a Scooters from here on out. I don’t get the hype when this is their service. Not worth it."
