"Ordered pick-up from this location three times now. Each time the single dude that works here has not even started my order in the 20 min window it gives. It’s not like this is peak business hours, I live minutes away from here, drove right after ordered and watched 0 customers enter the store in the 15 min I waited for my one sandwich. Dude just blatantly waits for me to enter each time. Edit: Two year later and it's the same deal."
"The only guy working there was a total jerk. I didn’t mind that it was hard to understand him but he wasn’t honoring our coupons and kept saying we couldn’t have basic toppings. He kept saying each topping cost $2 which I’ve never heard of before. He was snapping at us for no reason and very impatient and unclear. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, it looks like the other recent reviewers said the same thing. They must have gotten a new owner and the service went downhill"
"DON’T GO HERE!!!! Went during lunch on a Saturday and there were two employees working. There was 1 person in front of us picking up an order and it took OVER HALF AN HOUR for us to get our food because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring it up and they didn’t speak English. To top it off, they wouldn’t let my son take a bottled juice with his meal. They took it away from him and said he could only have a juice box. That is the LEAST they could have done for the inconvenience. I called the owner and he did not apologize, nor attempt to “make it right” as stated on the receipt. Clearly don’t care about customers."
