"Have no idea what’s going on at this location. This is the second time that I have eaten there and something in my order was really bad. I. had chicken and rice soup (which is my favorite there) that was so thick the spoon stood straight up and if needed I could fill a hole in my wall with it. The rice was disintegrating or mushy and hardly any flavor. Come on New Berlin location! You used to be the best location around."
"The drive through wasn’t even that busy but I waited 20 min for a bowl of soup. I got to the window and 2 min went by. No one came to take my payment. I ended up just leaving."
"Compared to other paneras, they were very timely. The dining area was clean, but the tables definitely needed a wipe. Otherwise, it was a great experience."
"I ordered the Chicken with Wild Rice soup. Below are pictures from my soup. The large piece got stuck in my throat and I had to make myself throw up to get it out. I then looked through my soup and found another piece. I will NEVER eat at a Panera again."
"Panera bread has very tasty food and quite a varied menu. My wife and I had actually a coupon for one of those two four things? So my wife picked a full sandwich and I had one of the bowls but I think it was only a half bowl of the teriyaki chicken (very good), included was a French roll of some kind we also got a lemonade just one and a one bag of chips. Without the $15 coupon it would have been $25! I don't know it just seems like it's certainly it's not worth that much?"
