"I get carry out through the drive thru window. I don't eat in fast food places any longer. Too many crazies. Fast food can be good if you're pressed for time or have kids. But it has gotten really expensive, so it doesn't happen often anymore. This place is 5 minutes away which makes it convenient."

"Don't bother going here. Only one person speaks English. Good luck! Our order was all messed up because they can't read the tickets. We took our food back to have it remade and they messed it up again!."

"Another update 10/23/23 Giving 1 start because employees continue to use cell phones while taking orders. Checking social media not texting the manager. If you're texting the manager that much(every time I come in) there must be some extra curricular activities going on with management and that employee. I will be taking pictures the next time I enter to show what I'm talking about and the employee's. That sh!t is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Another update 10/12/23 Customer service needs work. I have come into this location multiple times since I work down the street. Several times I left standing at the register while employees look at me turn their back and continue to talk or eat while supposed to be working. Maybe since they're speaking in Spanish they feel they get to get away with it since I don't understand the language but I can clearly tell from the laughter that it's not work related. Also... of course you can't get my order correct if your to busy texting or on your phone while trying to take my order which was the case today. It wasn't the first time this has happened. Her.... (after about a min of me waiting) is that all... me... no I was waiting for you to be done and off your phone. Rude and unprofessional. Lowered my stars to 2 because it is a practice of them doing it at this point. Clean and food was good. Update.... a Little over a hour later.... Costumer service needs work. You don't tell a costumer to wait in the middle of them giving their order to take the order of someone in drive through. That's very rude. Because of that I lowered my review to 3 stars."

"I was pleasantly surprised today with this location. It is known for being slow and having issues, however today it was a good experience. I wasn't in the line for more than 5 minutes, even with a decent line, and the food was fresh and hot. The customer service could have been better, but I dont really expect that from McDonalds."
