"Me and my daughter were deciding where to go for ice cream so we decided to go to Culver’s in new Berlin! BIG MISTAKE!!! If I’m going to pay $5.00 for ice cream, then I want my ice cream!!! Get up to the window the Lady hands me one scoop! So I said to her is this two scoops!?? Oh no that’s one scoop I said well I ordered two scoops!! So what does she do? put it into a bigger container, barely no hot fudge on it. AND STILL NO MORE ICE CREAM!!!! So I asked her again!!! Is this two scoops!?? YES SHE SAYS!!! OMG NO IT WAS Not!!! I ordered this all the time from different Culver’s!! EXTREMELY SMALL!! This is what I got for $5.00!!! I WAS NOT HAPPY!!! I do not mind paying for food if I’m getting The product!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! AND NO I DID NOT EAT ANY!!! As you can tell, the cup is pretty much, not even halfway full!!! $5.00 out the window along with my disappointment!!!!!"
"I’ve had good service here before but something seems wrong with their custard recently. My husband and I each ordered different concrete mixers and they both had super gritty and gross textures, like chunky sand. I don’t know if it was freezer-burnt or if the custard was just going bad, which is disappointing for the higher price point."
"My father and I both enjoyed our visit here. If you have ever been to another Culver's, it is similar but this particular location seems cozy. It was somewhat busy when we were there. The food was good, the service was on par, and like I mentioned before... it was on the cozy side. Outdoor seating was available for those that are in to that sort of thing. This was my first time at this location and I will return in the future."
