MOD Pizza

"Employees could not go a minute without checking their phones. My pizza was put in the oven, my husbands was not because the employee started looking at his phone. I had to ask if they could be cooked at the same time. Went to pay. We were told the total, and while we placed the credit card in the machine the employee checked his phone. Garbages were all full/ over flowing when we went in there were no other customers. All employees were in the back room. Not a great experience."

"The last time I ordered from MOD, they were having a rough time: their machines were down, they ran out of dough, and all this was happening in the middle of dinner rush. However, the way their employees conducted themselves in this stressful situation was both highly professional and a testament to the care they have for their customers. They were able to provide various options for crust (gluten-free and cauliflower), refund orders that needed them, and gave out free drinks and coupons for a free pizza for the inconvenience. I definitely feel bad for those employees, but the way they handled a situation out of their control and still deliver a delicious pizza will only solidify my dedication as a customer to this company."

"Food was very good. I intentionally ordered extra for leftovers for lunch and that kept well. It's rather difficult to get to the place during the road construction, especially at night, but that is only temporary and I hope the construction doesn't hurt sales too much. Traveling for business and this is a place I would return to, but after the construction is completed."

"First time here and it was fantastic! Definitely coming again and again and again! Finally got the pizza I always try to make myself and they nailed it ! Not sure how they make money and stay in business because the price is awesome too! Staff fantastic, helpful, friendly, and professional! Love the atmosphere and the music was a great mix that made the meal super fun. What started as a late dinner became a great little mini date for me and my wife. Thanks!"

"This place was pretty darn cool. The staff was friendly and very helpful, as this was my first time here. I lived the gluten free option and the dairy free cheese. That made it very easy for me and my dietary requirements. The gentleman staff member even asked if I wanted him to change get his gloves between pizzas. That was very considerate. As far as the food goes, I loved all the garlic options. I loaded it with veggies and the flavor was great. My only complaint was how quick the gluten free crust burns. But I'm starting to think this is inherent of this crust type at restaurants. Overall a great experience, great flavors and friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend."
