Re-Bath

"Update 3/1/24. Original review was a 5 star. I will update it back to a 5 Star after this issue is rectified. Our shower has leaked since we started using it. Apparently the shower pan curb has a manufacturer defect and the slope is angled outward causing water to leak out while showering. The shower glass company has been very helpful and has come out 3 times to attempt to help remedy the issue with different weather stripping however nothing has worked (although it is not their responsibility). The entire shower came out extremely beautiful and I would really hate to have to have the shower pan ripped out and replaced. Everything else is great and beautiful but the water leak spoils the beauty of the job. ______________________________________________________ This is the second bathroom that we used Pacific Coast ReBath for. Tyler was our installer for our master bath on this job and it came out fantastic! Our project was a custom redesign, removing a large bathtub and building a larger shower. Tyler worked very hard, he put in approx. 80 hours over 7 days. We had a few design afterthoughts that my Wife and I did not factor in and Tyler offered his suggestions and came up with the perfect solutions. He is very meticulous, dedicated and motivated. We are completely satisfied. We still need to get our bathroom painted however ReBath's portion of the project is complete. We highly recommend Pacific Coast ReBath and request Tyler as your installer, you will not be disappointed!"

"So many things went wrong :( *1/6/24 EDITED* At first, after reading some of these glowing Re-Bath reviews, I was thinking of giving the Re-Bath company, as a whole, the benefit of the doubt and wondered if it was just PACIFIC COAST Re-Bath that was having issues as I was told numerous times that they were short-staffed, etc. However, twice I’ve called the phone number listed in the reply from the Re-Bath owner regarding my review (they asked me to contact them, not the other away around). I left detailed messages both times as no one answered the phone either time. I left the first message on 12/30/23 and I’ve yet to hear back from them. I’ve now also added photos to this review of the project Pacific Coast (Oxnard) Re-Bath did for me. Some of these issues have since been fixed but others have not been resolved (i.e. they set up auto-pay debits for the balance of my project without notifying me OR asking for my permission (and the job hadn’t even been finished or fixed yet!). I had told both Pedro (the installer) and Jennifer (the accountant) that I’d be using a different form of payment for the second half of my balance. The account they were not supposed to use became overdrawn by over $800! I reached out to Marissa several times and absolutely nothing was done about it). I was also told that $350 would be deducted from my balance because of some of the problems that occurred during my bathroom remodel. The $350 deduction was never applied!! There are still so many unresolved issues (we can’t even use the new shower because there’s a drainage problem so it backs up and overflows) and I’m getting nowhere. Marissa has now informed me they will be putting a lien on my house. So much for customer service. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I was so excited about getting my bathroom redone but have become so disheartened and disappointed after working with Pacific Coast/Oxnard Re-Bath. There are other problems which have occurred but it’s too much to write here. Until they can get their stuff together I would NOT recommend using them."

"We love our new bathrooms! Tyler and Ruben did an awesome job remodeling our two bathrooms. They were super professional, courteous, punctual and all around wonderful to work with. Tyler was always in contact with us about the process and timing for everything as well as attentive to all the little details. They were easy to work with and went above and beyond working their schedules around our needs, we had wallpaper and wall tile put in that was not part of Rebath's job. They coordinated with us to make sure it could all work together with the other schedules. We love the outcome!"
