"Better off going to an actual store if you are going to pay retail price. At least all sales are not final at Costco. Andrea said mattress we purchased was $900 and looked on Costco and it’s $450 which is what Costco sells it for. My fault I didn’t look but their lost not shopping here again"

"Loved this store when it was in saticoy my first time at the Oxnard location but front desk girls need a bit more training asked if i can get help with mattresses and she told me “ andrea is on the floor she can help you” umm excuse me idk you girls personally so how an i supposed to know who she is and then my husband asked for a price and she said well Andrea is on the floor she can help you. Very unprofessional!! Andrea is super nice and does alot of running around while these girls talk amongst themselves not fair for her and your customers they could’ve told me hold on one second when you get somebody to help."
"About 3 years ago when they were located on the east end of Ventura, I purchased a reclining chair with a little foot rest from them for $80. I was very surprised to visit this location and see the exact same chair with no price tag on it. Much to my surprise, when I asked how much the chair cost now, they quoted me $350. I laughed and walked away. I then decided to look at about 5 to 6 different items and pull up their Amazon listings. Everything was about 20% cheaper on Amazon. Keep in mind everything here or at least 85% of everything is all used. Will not go back, will not waste my time here ever again. I'm not on vacation. I do not wish to haggle."
"Too much uncertainty! I walked in for the first time and could rarely find a price on things. Finally I looked extra perplexed so I could get some attention from the guy who asked if I had any questions. I said " how do you know anything costs?". He said "just ask". He then started writing prices on a couple pressure cookers and told me usually there's at least a price on one of the ìtems. Haha! What I've gleamed from the other reviews seems to be true...know the going price, do your home work, remember this stuff is used, blemished and or refurbished. He quoted me a price for a fan and I checked Walmarts price was $4.00 less and new. P.S. I hate haggling!"
