"My review comes two years too late. I hope their employee Anthony Vaccaro is still there to read this. When we bought a house in 2018 we had to get a washer, a dryer, and a refrigerator. Anthony was genuinely happy to help us make the right selection. He didn't push for what they can make money off of but instead what best suited our needs and our budget. He made our experience very seamless and enjoyable from start to finish (delivery and installation). I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again if we would be treated as good as Anthony had. "We had absolutely the best experience at Pacific Sales. Damien was knowledgeable and infinitely patient. We purchased 8 major appliances from them. Everything was as promised. When delivery was ordered, immediately all information came in writing in text. When we had a change-adfition, Damian was able to resolve the entire thing over the phone and followed up with an immediate email including our receipt. "I have been purchasing from Pacific Sales/Best Buy in Oxnard over the past 6 years different appliances including a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine. I always been extremely satisfied with the level of knowledge of the staff, very satisfied with all my purchases over the years and the professional services I had when delivering my appliances. I am a person who check the prices everywhere on my phone before purchasing and experienced with them having always the best price vs service value. My husband and I are moving now to a small beach cottage we inherited that does not offer all the luxurious amenities our condo has and the selection of my appliances are more of a challenge having a smaller space for a dishwasher, no water line for a nowadays refrigerator. I met with Ryan McElroy yesterday and he really offered me a great consultation about my needs for the best solution on what to purchase for my small beach cottage. I will be purchasing this week this week a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas oven range and hood vent microwave. If I could I would give a 10 stars for their service, time, excellence and knowledge. "I meticulously shop around, compare prices and read reviews before taking the plunge with kitchen and washroom appliances considering the price for these appliances and all I can say is that Pacific Sales & Kitchen in Best Buy Oxnard is now my go to place for everything and have recommended and will continue to recommend to friends, families and everybody else. This is now my 2nd trip which got me a double wall oven, cook top and microwave to complete my kitchen. It's true what they say, Ryan - the sales manager is the most knowledgeable appliance person I have ever met. Very patient and kind and will try to work with you to get you the best deal with the best appliances out there. From specs to installation info as well as advise for possible installation trouble to save you money. I got the french door fridge and the dishwasher last Nov. and the overall experience was so smooth and impressive with Ryan and Eric that I told them I'd come back to complete the other appliances I needed for my kitchen and so I did. So today was another good day. Ryan was awesome and really helpful and explained everything so I was really really happy with my purchase. I can't say enough good things with the guys at this place. This is what customer service is all about. Kudos to you guys! And yes, I am a legit customer and No, I didn't get paid to do this review. "I hope that this review is helpful to someone like me. My wife and I were in the market to outfit our dream kitchen with all new professional grade appliances. We started doing our due diligence with regard to brands, models, etc. but we headed into the actual process of buying from a retailer completely blind. We visited various big name appliance stores and discount centers but never left feeling satisfied with our experience. Whether it was a lack of familiarity with the product or the overzealous sales pressure, we were never comfortable with anyone or any place. A colleague of mind told me about a great buying experience that he had with Pacific Sales in Oxnard and in specific, Ryan McElroy. I contacted Ryan, and after spending some time with me on the phone, there was no doubt in my mind that I had found my store but more specifically, my salesman. Ryan’s product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and overall disposition was incredible. Being a small business owner, I recognize great customer service when I see it and believe me, Ryan far supersedes even what I would consider “great” customer service. What amazed me most was his product knowledge. Things that were never shared with me about a particular stove or refrigerator by any other retailer were brought to my attention by Ryan - things that would have been nice to know from the beginning. Things that I now question if the other salesman at the big discount centers were even aware of. Ryan’s easy going, no pressure disposition, combined with the above mentioned product knowledge and overall genuine kindness made this buying experience a sincere pleasure. I cannot give Ryan or Pacific Sales in Oxnard a more positive mark and needless to say, I highly recommend them to anybody in search of a place to purchase their home appliances. Moreover, Pacific Sales pricing was better than any other retailer that we had priced with. Having said that, I would not have hesitated to purchase from them even if they were a few bucks more.
