"I drive all the way from Pico Rivera because this Vons has such a great selection of foods my child has food allergies and I find all her products here, customer service was amazing, I visit every Sunday and I always go to the deli for fresh cut meat, never had a problem, until recently the past few weeks, the workers walk in and out as you wait for someone to help you they do not even acknowledge you to say they will be right with you, I worked in a very busy ralphs deli and I know how busy they get but at least acknowledge a wating customer today is the last day I come here, I waited 10 Minutes at the sandwich area no acknowledgement, meats and veggies, were out on counter, finally a women with glasses says from across the way the sandwich bar is closed its broken, you can get already made sandwiches in the cooler, I was upset because they made me wait just to say it was broken they had no sign up stating it was closed or broken, when I walk over to the sandwiches in the cooler they only had 1 sandwich that was dated with use by November 5, I walked out, I belive customer service is so important to keep people coming back."
"Store is well stocked clean you can probably eat off floor in this location everything looks fresh and appealing it’s my go to for certain things and when you want freshness but the price is a tad higher than regular stores only reason I’ll drop one star"
"I love everything about this Vons location: store size-super huge, freshness of food-deli and refrigerated, variety of items (especially those that are hard to find in other grocery stores), customer service, and easy of checkout-self checkout is always a plus!!! Having a members card is a plus so that you can get the deals. Can't wait to return!"
