"This place really needs an upgrade on management!! The cashiers are rude and the manager has a terrible attitude!!! I have been shopping at Cotton On for years and never experienced the racial profiling that goes on in this store! They are quick to blame it on they customer when THEY are the ones putting up wrong sale signs just to get people in the store and act like the customer is lying!!! I can’t wait until this place goes and a better choice comes that treat ALL people like paying customers ‼️‼️"

"Very rude employees did not get any type of assistance. Asked an employee questions about the store since I have never been inside of their store. The response I got was a blank stare and an attitude of being bothered! I definitely will not be returning rather spend my money else where."
