"I love shopping at Ross. I went to pick up a package from the Amazon lockers, and I didn't have time to shop, but I did pick up a charger for my phone next to the lockers, which are next to the cashiers. There was no one in line to check out so I walked up to the cashier and asked if she was open. She told me the line starts over there and had me go all the way around. By then, someone had gotten in line to check out, so I had to wait when I was in a hurry to pick up my granddaughter from school. She could have easily checked me out since no one was in Iine when I asked her. I know where the line starts, but if no one is in line, why do I have to go all the way around instead just getting check out? There wasn't even any customers checking out. rediculous!"

"Neat and organized environment. It's just a broad selection for men's clothing. I usually come across something when I go to any other Ross, but not today with this location."

"Came in for a quick return and found out there is now only one line for returns & purchases. I waited in line for about 20 mins. When I was able to return the cashier told me I could not get $9.15 back in cash. This is the first time I was denied cash back under $20. I would’ve used it toward a purchase however, the item I grabbed did not have a price so they wanted to charge me more than what it would normally be because they couldn’t find a similar item. Needless to say I will be choosing a different location next time."

"I'm disappointed. I can't see very well. But I know customer service should have seen that these shoes were used. I got home under better light, as soon as I saw the shoes I knew they were used. I showed my best friend and he confirmed it."
