"Wonderful place that's an oasis in the hectic city. Very peaceful to just enjoy nature. I try to visit often. In the past the hours have been erratic."

"From the HARD website, we took an animal petting class for my 16 mon. He could pet a rabbit, a mouse and a snake. The class was led by Ms Christine and she was so kind and attentive. My son really enjoyed it and definitely I highly recommend it anyone who has toddlers."

"Today was our first visit since they closed due to the pandemic. This is still a hidden gem that I recommend folks visit. The staff was friendly and very informative. The kids really loved the reading corner in the reptile area. We'll be back again soon!"

"We, my husband and I, took our three youngest grandchildren ages 2, 3, and 7 and they were amazed and engaged. We say the got a glimpse of the shy red fox, but it was the silver fox that entertained us. Also, we were there for the skull presentation it it was cool to see and learn about the different skulls. Staff was great."

"Cute little center. A good amount of animals. Definitely worth the free admission. My 2-year-old loved seeing the animals, playing in the little education center, and then throwing rocks in the little creek. They're are a few little trails and picnic tables. A great places to spend an hour or two."
