"The last two times I went the crust wasn’t cooked. It was completely raw in the center. I had to put it in my own oven which helped the center but screwed up the outside. I shouldn’t have had to finish cooking it in the first place. They need to figure out their ovens. I was considering going again tonight because my picky nephews are coming into town and they’re used to roundtable, but I read a few other reviews and it seems others had the same issue with raw pizza."
"This location has improved since the lockdown. The pizzas were undercooked in the past even when I requested a “well done” pie it never was and I had to finish it in the oven. I’ve gone in a few times and the staff was cold or didn’t want to be there. Have to think management sets the tone for crummy service. The prices are high but I understand it’s a franchise. Give us what we expect for the price, make sure those pizzas are crispy and we’ll keep ordering. They are yummy... Thank you!"
