"problems with our screen door not closing , gap at the bottom and so it sticks .They wont return voice mails , and upon calling they said they'd be out the next day..NO SHOW NO CALL , so another call they said they would be coming , well its been a week and no show ...extremely poor customer service if you ask me.. a few hours after this review they called.and came out .... This time the worker actually ground off a piece that was to long where the last time they hit with a rubber mallet first i gave them one star , but to be fair i have changed it . i like what products we have purchased from them over the years and will definitely call them for future needs ."

"Fridley glass was sent out by the contractor redoing our bathrooms. Initially it was fine very friendly and punctual. Came out to measure and gave good suggestions on type of glass, handle placement etc. They ordered the glass and installed it when it came in about a month later. Install went well. I was out running errands when they called and said they were all done. So I headed home to check it. Nobody was there when I got home. Initially everything looked great. The next day I was cleaning one of the big panel glass doors and noticed a chip and a scratch about 10 inches long. I reached out to them and the were very nice and said they would order another panel and replace it. This was at the end of March 2023. I emailed and called in the beginning of May with no response. I reached out repeatedly but have continued to be ghosted. It is now July with no response from them. Paid over 5k for this service."

"This company repaired a double pane slider for me 3 yrs ago. So l called them when my same slider stopped moving easily. Week for someone to come out and look, then waited 2 weeks for the ‘repair’. After the repair supposedly done, still not working and l said, its not better. The technician actually became angry, said he didn’t believe it. After a bit more icky conversation, I said thanks, no more. They didn’t fix the door, were rude and still charged me full price. l did not want anything for free, but this service was beyond awful. I called another company, a slider specialist. They came same day and did a beautiful job."
