"We bought a shade of blue that we decided was not right. We understood SW does not allow returns once the paint has been mixed but the staff explained they can try mixing it to a different shade. After a couple of trips to the store we picked a different shade that the staff said could be mixed. When I returned with the paint can, Zach rudely informed me this cannot be done and kept cutting me off. His arrogant attitude and incompetence convinced me to never return to SW again."
