Robert was very patient and diligent throughout the process. when we did not get the second shipment, Robert figured out that it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and not returned, Robert promptly reordered the items and ensured they reached us. We bought all new Hansgrohe bathroom hardware, Toto toilets, and a gorgeous bathtub -and we were impressed with the RS team every step of the way: from calling to set-up appointments for showroom visit with their experts, the efficiency and incredible knowledge shared within those visits (recommendations for products / configurations), very detailed / clear proposals with highly-competitive pricing, how quickly everything was available (even in the midst of the global pandemic-related shipping chaos), and the fantastically helpful customer service follow-up when we ran into some issues (our contractor's designer told us to buy a particular drain that couldn't be installed in our bathroom, and RS returned it w/no issues, and then when one of our thermostatic valves wasn't working, RS immediately provided replacement parts and sage advice by phone/email, ultimately helping us figure out that all of the hardware was perfectly fine, and that the problem was that my contractor's plumber goofed-up our hot/cold pipework).
