"Very bad followup. Avoid this place! Go to Tubz in Fremont instead. I was referred to this place by my contractor. I booked an appointment and went through the store with the associate. My wife and I were shown a lot of options for our bath remodel including bath faucet, toilet, tub, etc.. Don't remember the name of the associate but he took notes and said he would send out the quote. After few followups, I receive a quote for $330 from John Fiester which is obviously incorrect for that many items. I mentioned that few of the items were missing and would also like a breakdown of pricing for each item. John said he will resend it, which he never did. In the end he said come in to the store again. What a waste of time! I went to Tubz in Fremont and worked with Gerardo who was wonderful and I was able to get all my stuff ordered and delivered in time."
"I work for Elite Rooter and was looking for a small kids toilet. Very difficult toilet to get ahold of with a Sloan valve. Called Rubenstein to see if they had it and they did not but found it an hour away. Angelo was very helpful an worked hard to track it down. Thank you so much."
