"Nice people, slow getting unloaded though. Not a lot of room for a big truck."

"Still here and it still says Supply Works on the office door it hasn't closed down like someone else marked.Though now the building also has a Home Depot logo on it so I guess they are associated with them in some way. This review is from a truck drivers perspective who has to come here to unload freight. Anyway yeah it's in a kind of hard to reach part of San Jose, there's no room to park on the property or really the street because there's so many cars so get here close to your appointment. They took like 5 hours to unload me yesterday and even though I was late by a couple hours they still seemed to be going pretty slow. They seem to only have enough staff to unload one truck at a time and even when they were done it took me about another hour to get my paperwork from them. I'm here again today, on time for my appointment hopefully it goes better."

"Place a total cluster! No organzation, still loading company trucks when you're giving an appointment time . Totally unacceptable our time is valuable too ! Giving a door 2 hours ago still loading company trucks! Haven't made it to a door yet No place to park legally , trucks lined up doubled parked on the street ! Honestly this place sucks !"

"Safety concern for anyone attempting to deliver @ this location. To access shipping and receiving, one must grab a hold of a bar and basically pull, hoist themselves onto the warehouse floor, no matter the wet slippery conditions. This was an orginal bad engineering design. In this day and age of safety concern for employees and especially vistors to gain access. It appears that this organization has more of a safety concern for a driver sitting in his/her cab waiting to be unloaded than allowing someone access thru the front door around to the shipping and receiving booth which is about 15 yards into the warehouse. Individuals need to be aware of this situation and not have one's concerns discounted. Ever heard of a handicap entry point?"
