"I got materials from this place for more than $7000 I had short of kitchen tile and excess of dining area tile when ask them to swap and I’m willing to pay the difference they refused do. Guy in the front desk have to educate himself what is customer service is. Before he even looking at the return material he came to conclusion it’s broken and damaged may be the do the same with the customer. Your policy should help customers not hurting. One of the Worst customer service I have experienced. I never recommend this place or consider for my next project."

"Parking lot is way too small. Hard to get big trucks in to have your tile be delivered too you across the street. Have to squeeze though a tiny fence with forklifts driving around me all crazy. Dangrous place to be"
