UPS Customer Center

"Over a MONTH late on delivering cattle semen for AI work. All time considered, a $10,000 loss. Their excuse is "3 days of snow put us a month behind". I will update with that UPS does to try to make this right. Until then, I hope I live long enough to watch Amazon put this company out of business."

"Very calm and professional in the face of extremely long lines of difficult and impatient people. I don’t work for UPS but I worked in logistics for years. this recent snowstorm backed up UPS drivers who couldn’t run for four days which left them with 65 extra trailers full of packages to go through on top of their daily load. Think, people. How the heck can a customer center have the ability to simply locate people’s individual packages in that mess for everyone who wants their package immediately. They can’t keep track of which section of which extra trailer every single package is at. My business had 21 packages on delay from the storm and they still got them all out to me within only two weeks. It cost my business severely for those weeks, but honestly, UPS handled it like champs. Those workers did the best they could considering the manpower they had. It sincerely appears that they do their best. Also, the people they have dealing with impatient and entitled customers are experts at diffusing situations."

"This location needs investigation from corporate on how to operate. 5 days sitting. With no update. Paid for 2 day air. Never again will I have things ship with UPS. And the amount of reviews of lost packages? What is there a hole in the ground and boxes fall into. UPS giant fail! Edit: 8 days to receive a 2 day air package. That's bad. Sat in knoxville for 6 days."

"I'm not one to write bad reviews but this place has earned it. I have been waiting for a package for a while now. They still apparently can't deliver my package even in 65 degree weather because of severe weather conditions! On their online tracking app, it says everyday: "delivery by 7:00 pm"... and guess what? I'm still waiting. This specific store is ran very poorly and it's evident they just don't really give a damn. Remind to never use ups again! Amazon never gives me problems like this"

"UPDATE: You say reach out via social media, but you don’t even respond there!! Same reply to every complaint! Why not have people at the Knoxville HUB reach out to PAYING CUSTOMERS!! We are paying you for a service that you don’t provide!! Can’t speak to anyone there. When you call you’re sent to a call center in a foreign country. Package was supposed to be delivered Tue Jan 23 by 7pm. Then got an update severe weather delayed delivery. No update Wed or Thursday. Called and they said my package was lost. Friday Jan 26 got an update said out for delivery. Wasn’t delivered due to emergency situation or weather. The weather was amazing that day. Now says they will update with a delivery ASAP. In other words, when ever they feel like doing their job. No refunds on ground delivery. $15 wasted. Asked to speak to someone in Knoxville and they said they can’t do that. Ridiculous. The package is being delivered 20min from the Knoxville Hub. UPS got their raise and have gone down hill since then."
