"Everything here seems to be clean and kept up. The place is cozy and welcoming. Even the hallways are kept up. The thermostat kicked all quickly and cooled the room off pretty fast. The chargers and outlets all seemed to work. The bathroom, tub and toilet were all nice and clean. All those things are usually my biggest problems with hotels. All around its clean and very welcoming. We laft at 2 am and noticed security was in the parking lot. Good to know that we were being looked out for."

"This is the nicest Hampton inn I've seen. I read through lots of reviews of hotel in the area and this one seemed the safest. As a woman traveling with my elderly mother, I even considered South Haven for a safer area. When pulling into the parking lot, I can see why this has almost no safety issues. Not only is it well lit, but the design of the parking lot sandwiches in between surrounding buildings and would make it difficult for anyone to break into a vehicle and make a successful get away. The hot breakfast was good but I should mention there are no dairy free options for milk or creamer. I'll for sure stay here again when traveling to the area."

"We were just looking for a night on the road. I would have done a couple of nights here to recharge, great hotel. The parking was great, lots of dining options nearby. We took our dog to a patio nearby for some BBQ, nice to be able to get out when traveling with a pet. The beds were comfy, room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was as to be expected, I was able to build a biscuit with sausage and egg and hit the road. The coffee was nice and hot."

The standout aspect of this stay was the friendly and responsive hotel staff. They quickly resolved a minor issue we encountered with our room, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Without a doubt, my wife and I will return to this particular Hampton Inn and Suites in Germantown on multiple occasions in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
