"This location needs to have a total overhaul or close for good. The shelves are half empty and it never looks clean anymore. If you have a question or need to help finding an item, employees are hard to find anywhere but at registers."

"Store is often out of stock of common items. It's unorganized and unkept. Employees are less than helpful - they could care less. It used to be a pleasure to shop there - a respite. It is anything but that now. I can't believe I'm saying this but I prefer Walmart now any day over our Germantown target."

"We mostly see negative reviews about Target so I want to share a positive one. I shopped at the Germantown Target on Oct. 31st and had really great interactions with 2 team members. I returned a package of hot dogs that were 2 months expired (gross and yes a negative on the store). The young woman working the return counter was genuinely sorry this happened. I expected no communication from her but she apologized several times for the mistake and gave me a $5 gift card for my trouble. Then the young man who checked me out was also very personable and kind. I've had many employees at checkout make it very clear they don't want to interact with me or even be there, but this man was pleasant and made the end of my shopping experience a good one. There are still some good employees and these two (I wish I had their names) were excellent."

"This store has steadily gone downhill over the last three years. It is now past the point of no return. Target Management — where are you? How can you let a once thriving store turn into a chaotic, dilapidated, and totally unorganized dumpster fire? Drive Up orders are only correct 60% of the time at best, the shelves look like someone went through and threw every single item on the floor then picked the items back up by the armful and randomly threw them back on the shelf, and their Drive Up team is an absolute joke. Tonight, I sat in the Drive Up pickup area for 30 minutes and no one came to my car. Three other cars came and picked up their orders during that time with no problem. I attempted to ask an employee what was going on, and they literally ignored me and walked off. I went in and picked up my own order. Your staff and the “work” they do should be an embarrassment to the Target organization. This will be reported to the corporate office as well so that maybe this message will at least make it to the manager of the store. I have no hope that they will do anything to improve this store, though, because it is now too far gone. Every employee at this tire, from top to bottom, should be fired and replaced tomorrow. It’s a shame I can’t give negative five stars on this review, because that’s the only thing this store is worthy of."
